Chloe Tanner and Sarah Swift, BBC Children in Need Regional Officers for this area, will be joining us on Wednesday 1 November to hold a funding surgery; one-to-one sessions are available, though limited.
Chloe and Sarah will be able to talk to you about your project ideas and give advice on Children in Needs small and main grants programmes, including tips for a good application and common failure reasons.
Please note: they will not be able to look through your actual applications.
A little bit about their grants:
Small grants – grants available for up to 3 years, up to £10,000 per year, next deadline 1 December 2017.
Main grants – grants available for over £10,000 per year, for up to 3 years, next deadline 16 January 2018.
As a reminder – Children in Need support disadvantaged children and young people in the UK, those aged 18 years and under, projects not fitting this criteria will be ineligible for grant funding.
