Urgent mental health support
If you or someone you care about needs urgent help with their mental health, the following services are available 24 hours a day.
First Response
A local 24/7 mental health crisis line for people of all ages living in Bradford, Airedale, Wharfedale and Craven. This could be severe anxiety or panic attacks, suicidal thoughts, intense depression or feelings of disassociation.

They will assess your needs and can refer you to something called Safe Spaces which is a crisis service in the community. They aim to provide same day support.

NHS 111
NHS 111 is the service to use if you or someone you care for needs urgent mental health help right now. It is open to people of all ages. NHS 111 provide advice, assessment and support if you are in crisis.
