Volunteers' week 2022: A big thank you!

Volunteers week takes place 1-7 June every year. It's a chance to recognise the fantastic contribution volunteers make to our work at Healthwatch North Yorkshire.

A big thank you to our volunteers

We would like to take this opportunity to say thanks to the volunteers who dedicate their time, and effort, to contribute to our work at Healthwatch North Yorkshire.

Our volunteers have contributed to a wide range of our projects and research, including helping at engagement events, representing us at health and social care meetings, partaking in the design of surveys, and contributing to the development of new services across North Yorkshire. They have played a key part in our work at Healthwatch North Yorkshire.

Without their support, we wouldn't be able to do what we do best - hear patient experiences from people across North Yorkshire to inform change.

Our volunteers

Thank you to all those who have volunteered at Healthwatch North Yorkshire - past and present. We are so grateful for the support and we hope you continue to support us over the next year.

Healthwatch England will be holding two online sessions for volunteers during volunteers' week and if you would like more information please visit the network website, or contact Lada

We are at the early stages of planning for our volunteer get-together (face-to-face) in September, and if you are interested in attending or would like more information please get in touch.
