Help us make end of life care better for everyone

It’s so important we get end-of-life care right for people and their families so they can have the best possible experience at a very difficult time. With that in mind, the West Yorkshire Health & Care Partnership (who also cover Craven in North Yorkshire) has asked us to find out how well services are looking after people and what they can do better. They will use your feedback to improve services.

Share your experiences with us

We would love to speak to you about your experience of end-of-life care, whether this is something you are getting or you know someone who is or has. We are particularly keen to speak with people who perhaps haven’t had their voices heard in the past, such as people from different ethnic backgrounds, LGBT+ people, people with disabilities, veterans, and people who have had experience of homelessness or the criminal justice system. By sharing your experiences, you will help to make end-of-life care better for everyone.
