Hearing from young people in coastal areas

Tell us about your experiences of NHS and social care services. Giving feedback, both good and bad, can help improve services.

We are wanting to speak to young people between the ages of 14 and 25 about their experiences of accessing healthcare and living in our coastal towns and communities.

Become a young person's community connector

The project, which is funded by the Humber and North Yorkshire Health and Care Partnership (also known as an integrated care system). They are organisations such as Healthwatch, the NHS, North Yorkshire that come together to plan and deliver joined up health and care services, and to improve the lives of people of all ages.

What do we want to hear about?

NHS England have identified five areas that require improvement to reduce health inequalities in children and young people. In particular, we would like to hear from those with experience of:

  • Asthma
  • Diabetes
  • Epilepsy
  • Oral health
  • Mental health
