Catterick health and care roadshows – Have your say and learn what’s changing

If you live in or around Catterick, this is your chance to find out about exciting changes to local health and care services – and have your voice heard.
Catterick Integrated Care Campus

If you're a resident of Catterick or the surrounding areas, this is your opportunity to learn about significant developments in local health and care services — and to have your voice heard.

Local health and care services (known collectively as the Humber and North Yorkshire Health and Care Partnership) is hosting a series of public roadshows throughout May. These free events will provide updates on the progress of the new Catterick Integrated Care Centre a pioneering project that brings together NHS and Ministry of Defence services. The Catterick Integrated Care Centre will deliver joined-up, accessible care for both the military and civilian communities, helping people get the support they need, closer to home.

You'll have the chance to:

  • Hear about the latest developments.
  • Ask questions directly to the teams leading the changes.
  • Share your views on what matters most to you and your family

At the events where Healthwatch is attending, Healthwatch North Yorkshire will be:

  • Listening to your feedback about health and social care services.
  • Showing how Healthwatch uses your experiences to help improve care.
  • Providing advice and information to help you understand your options and make informed decisions about your care.
  • Sharing how you can get involved in shaping local health and care services.

What is the Catterick Integrated Care Centre?

The Catterick Integrated Care Centre is a major new development for Catterick, designed to:

  • Improve access to GP services, diagnostics, and mental health support.
  • Bring military and civilian healthcare services together in one modern, easy-to-reach place.
  • Support wider health needs, including rehabilitation, community nursing, children’s services, and social prescribing.
  • Offer a flexible, future-proofed health centre fit for a growing population.

Construction of the centre started in early 2024 and the centre is expected to open in Spring 2026.
