Community pharmacies - what are your experiences?
How often do you visit your community pharmacy? What do you use yours for - collecting prescriptions, healthcare advice, discussing medication? Or something else?
What has your experience been? What else would you like to see on offer? Your responses will help our local community pharmacies to see where the gaps are.
The survey is anonymous. It takes about 5-10 minutes to fill it in. Community Pharmacy North Yorkshire will then use the findings to improve services.
