COVID-19 in North Yorkshire: December 2020-March 2021
We have been working hard to ensure that we are able to keep members of the public across North Yorkshire informed during this particularly busy time.
Summary
We have recorded 437 pieces of feedback and/or signposting in the four months of Decemver 1st to March 31st, hearing from 471 people. Over half of these have been related to the COVID-19 vaccination programme, which demonstrates the desire from the public for information in this area.
Making sure we hear from across all of North Yorkshire remains a challenge for us.

We at Healthwatch North Yorkshire are beginning a review of how we collect our feedback and/or signposting and will develop a strategy to ensure we hear more equally across the seven districts of North Yorkshire over the coming year.
